NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING AND ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
Pursuant to the amended Bylaws of Marin Cyclists, Inc. (the “Bylaws”), the annual members meeting shall take place on Monday, December 11 2023 at 6:00 PM at 27 Shell Road, Mill Valley, CA. All active Members, in good standing, are invited and encouraged to attend the annual meeting to select and approve the nine members of Marin Cyclists Club Board of Directors for one year terms starting January 1, 2024. Any active member who is interested in serving on the Board of Directors next year and/or getting more involved with the administration of Marin Cyclists should contact David Snaith, president@marincyclists.com, Nominations of any active members who want to serve on the Board of Directors will be permitted prior to voting for your 2024 directors.
