Occidental All Club Ride 38mi & 30 mi/all levels/2 (Lorraine, Gary Kern)

Time: Meet at 11:30 am Roll at 12 noon
RAIN OR SHINE! Bring your rain gear!
Pace: All LEVELS welcome. Riders go at their own comfortable pace. There are usually enough riders at each level so no one rides alone.
Distance: 37 or 30
Location: Union Hotel in Occidental at 11.30 am. Ride rolls at 12 noon.
Parking: Please use the parking behind the hotel
Event: Come with us up to Occidental this Sunday. Special yearly ride + dinner event that bike clubs around the Bay Area have been holding for 60 years. Two gorgeous loops to choose from, a gentle rolling 37 miler Map or the leaderless 31 miler with the Coleman Valley Rd climb Map Coleman Valley Rd. Ride along with legacy Marin Cyclists member Gary Kern and our Webmistress Lorraine Trautwein for the 37 miles rolling loop. Enjoy the scenery. Then pack up your bike; grab a quick change of clothes and it's dinner time at the legendary Union Hotel Restaurant famous for their checkered table cloths and family style Italian dishes Menu.
Routes: From Occidental we'll go to Monte Rio, Moscow Rd(pending, may have to use 116) south on Route 1, Bodega Bay, Bodega, Freestone, Occidental.
Optional route over Coleman Valley Rd.
Ride Leaders for the 37 mile loop: Gary Kern and Lorraine Trautwein; **31 mile Cole Valley Loop will be leaderless.
Please register if you are planning to come.
Dinner at the Union Hotel after the ride.
