Friday Afternoon Hawk Hill and Rodeo Beach




Meet at the Roundabout on the Mill Valley/Sausalito Bike Path 12:00 PM  for 12:15 PM start.

From Mill Valley thru Sausalito, climb Headlands on Conzelman, down to lighthouse, north to Marine Mammal Center, across paved service road to Battery Townsley, down past Rodeo beach, back on Bunker road, thru tunnel, returning north thru Sausalito and MV. Regroups at major hilltop overlooks. Enjoy the bridge views after a good climb, along with best beach overlook.  Route designed and optimized by John T. 

25 miles, 2000 feet, average moving speed 12-14 mph.
Lots of climbing in the Headlands, but lots of flats to and from the Headlands.
