Please join us for our first Women’s Social Sunday Ride

Meet at Java Hut, Fairfax at 10AM and roll at 10:15AM.

Margie Baer, our Marin Cyclist membership chair, will lead us off on this inaugural, social paced, no drop ride for a classic clockwise west Marin loop through Samuel P. Taylor Park, The Platform Bridge Road, Nicasio Reservoir, Rancho Nicasio, San Geronimo Valley Road and a descent back to Fairfax.

This is a SOCIAL ride; a pace of 12-14 mph average will be observed during the entire ride.  We want to have fun and get to know each other, share our riding skills with newcomers and explore new routes on future women's rides.

After the ride please feel free to bring your bike with you to The Lodge for no host lunch.

1573 Sir Francis Drake Blvd, Fairfax CA 94930 (mi 32.6)

Women only please.  Please invite your friends who might be up for a ride of this distance and climbing.  We’d love for them to become new members of The Marin Cyclists.  All riders must register online in advance.

PARKING NOTE:  Parking in the Good Earth lot is restricted.  Please ride to the start if possible. There is a small lot here:  and street parking available nearby.

Please make sure your bike is in good maintenance prior to the ride.  Please email Margie Baer or Helen Kwong if you have questions pertaining to this ride.  See you out there.
