Marin Century Training Series - #13 -- Paradise Loop (24 miles/Social/Margie)
About this event
If you have been training with us for the 63rd Annual Marin Century, this is the last ride, 13 of 13, before the main event in 6 days. It is a super chill, recovery ride. All are welcome on this celebratory loop around gorgeous Tiburon Peninsula.
We revisit the Paradise loop, but in the opposite direction from week 8, and a little shorter, only 24 miles. Wheels roll from Corte Madera Town Park at 9:00 am. Pace will be social to leisurely, averaging 12- 16 mph moving speed, depending on the participants.
Make sure you have one water bottle. Parking, restrooms, and water are available at the start, Corte Madera Town Park, next to the skatepark. We will regroup for a group photo at the Lava House in Belvedere (mile 13) and stop for restrooms and water at Blackie's Pasture (mile 16).
After the ride, join us for lunch at Humble Cheeseburgers food truck at Corte Madera Town Park.
