Kendra Ramsey is the Executive Director of the California Bicycle Coalition, and has spent the past 18 years working to increase opportunities for everyone to safely bike, walk, and take transit. Raised in a household without a car, she recognizes the opportunities that having access to safe and reliable transportation options can bring to families. Prior to joining CalBike in 2023, she managed active transportation plans and corridor studies as a consultant, worked in state government working on active transportation planning and Safe Routes to School programming, and started her career as a local transportation and land use advocate.
