About this event
We are bringing back the original 2019 Marin Century 50K route and adding in the newly minted McGinnis Parkway section at the end to Smith Ranch Road for a nice 34 miles rolling route. It's Lorraine Trautwein's birthday on the 10th and we want to celebrate the day with a sweet 50K route going out from Lucas Valley Road to the T Stop where Nicasio Valley Rd meets Pt. Reyes Petaluma and back. Afterwards, let's gather at Big Rock Deli 1500 Lucas Valley Road, San Rafael CA 94903 for some sweet birthday treats; Lorraine will join us there. The riders will fill up first and then we'll break out the goodies probably at about 1:45PM or so.
Great ride for those new to the club, returning to cycling, looking for a recovery ride or just checking us out. All riders welcome. Members and non-members please pre-register for the ride and make sure you receive a registration confirmation.
If you are joining us for the after celebration at Big Rock please kindly RSVP below so we can have enough Bday treats for everyone.
