Our ride for this month will start at Marinwood Community Center. Meet at 9:20AM; Wheels roll at 9:30AM. The Fitness Series is a self-directed, leaderless riding format. Ride the featured route with Earl McCowen at a brisk BC pace (15-17 mph+ average speed for the entire ride.) Several opportunities to ride in a pace line.
Please upload the route to your bike computer/phone or print a copy of the turn-by-turn cue sheet for yourself. Ride at the pace you want. Groupings may form organically during the ride based on your pacing. Regroup and stop as frequently as you like. MUST REGISTER TO RIDE: members and non-members.
The featured route is a rolling Central/North Marin route will take us from San Rafael to Lucas Valley Road, Nicasio, Cheese Factory, Petaluma, Chileno Valley Road, Helen Putnam Park, Wilson Hill and then back on Lucas Valley Road. 54 miles, +3,537'

If you prefer a shorter AB social pace (12-13.0 mph) route opt for the Marinwood to Pt. Reyes Station Route, 47 miles/ +3,000' led by Cindy Prosterman. Same meet time at 9:20AM/roll at 9:30AM. Cindy will ride to Pt Reyes Station by a way of Nicasio Valley Road first to Lagunitas, then Samuel P. Taylor Park, Olema, Bear Valley Road and return on Pt. Reyes Petaluma Rd, Nicasio Valley Rd and then Lucas Valley Rd.
