Post Turkey Ride off the Calories (Margie, Helen, Earl)



Start at Pink Owl with some coffee or a snack.  Meet at 9:00AM; Wheels roll 9:15AM  
Go for a ride to Nicasio or to the Coast, medium or fast. 
Then return to Pond Farm for an optional snack and a brew.  Pond Farm 1848-4th Street, San Rafael, CA 94901

Three Groups to choose from:

A Ride "The Drumstick" : 29 miles, 2000 feet to Nicasio and back via Lucas Valley Road; NO DROP
A Route Map  Average pace about 12 miles per hour.

B Ride "Classic Thanksgiving Dinner" :  53+ miles, 4100 feet to Olema, then South on Highway 1 to Mill Valley, return via bike paths and routes. 
B Route Map  Average pace about 14 miles per hour    

C Ride "Thanksgiving Feast w/ extra helpings" :  Same as B but FASTER
C Route Map   Average pace about 16 miles per hour
