About this event
Spend a day with the Marin Cyclists, MCBC members and Dolan Law Firm. We are partnering up with our good friend and Marin Century sponsor, Dolan Law Firm, for this fun riding event. MCBC is providing GU Energy Gels packets and LMNT drink mix samples at the start! Thank you so much MCBC! Grab a few for your ride.
3 terrific routes to choose from. Pick a route. Please note the STAGGERED START TIMES. The 57 miles Long Route meets earlier at 8:30AM and rolls at 8:45AM. The 25 miles Short and the 37 miles Medium both meet at 9:15AM and roll at 9:30AM.
Meet Location: Across the street from Marinwood Community Center, 775 Miller Creek Road, San Rafael CA 94903. ***Please be courteous to the local residents and users of the Community Center by NOT PARKING in the community center lot. Park further away then ride over, carpool or ride over from home.
Rest Stop: Dolan Law Firm is sponsoring and staffing a rest stop for us at Stafford Lake Park in Area 3 (map below). Refuel and say hello to the Dolan Team. Go inside the park entrance then take an immediate LEFT to the nearer small parking lot; restrooms available.
Marin Cyclists members, non-members and MCBC members welcome! Kindly pre-register by Thursday, June 4th so we have enough refreshments for everyone at the rest stop; please note the hours of operation: 10AM-12:30PM. If you arrive outside of the time frame, the stop will be closed.

*Big Rock and Cheese Factory climbs
*Roll on some of the most loved Marin County routes
*Rolling/Hilly terrain +58 vertical feet per mile
*Dolan rest stop is at mile 21
37 mi Route
57 Miles, +3,400' Long
Moderate Pace: Dagmar Beyerlein
Brisk Pace: Ben Wishovich
*Meets earlier 8:30AM/Roll 8:45AM
*Moderate Pace (14.1-16 mph. avg) and Brisk Pace (16-18+ mph. avg)

*Dolan rest stop is at mile 41. Rest stop closes at 12:30PM

- Call out hazards ahead: pothole, crack, tracks, debris, glass, obstacles, pedestrians, car up, car left/right
- Call out car back and repeat the call to the front
