Description:
A popular figure 8 loop starting from San Rafael High School.  Warm up with a nice counterclockwise lap around China Camp.  Then we get down to business by knocking out the Lucas Valley Road Big Rock 600 footer within the first third of the route.  Then we do Cheese hill (Pt. Reyes Petaluma) 400' or so; make our way through Novato via Indian Valley Fire Road, Ignacio Blvd, Alameda Del Prado, bike paths, Las Gallinas and back to the start.

Regroups and Stops to be determined by the ride leader.  Possible regroups might be Bullhead Flat China Camp, Nicasio porta potties and Indian Valley College ball field bathrooms.

NOT A NO DROP RIDE.  Not a beginner's ride.

Moderate and Brisk Pace riders welcome but should be prepared to provide their own navigation.
If you ride way slower or faster than the main group you will be separated and will likely be riding on your own.  Try to find a small pod who knows the way and stick together.  Please review the route well in advance of the ride.  Download it to your bike computer or print out a cue sheet.
