Calling all riders who want to improve their group Riding Skills! Join the head Coach of Stanford Cycling, Adrian Bennett , of Achieve PTC , at the SF Polo Fields, for this beginner friendly clinic. The goal is to get you more comfortable and safe in group rides or races.Please share and tell any pals who might be interested.

Meet at the North Bleachers of the Golden Gate Park Polo Field in San Francisco, CA

Directions to the Polo Field from SF Parks and Recreation

This Skills Clinic Will Cover:

Rotation in a single and double paceline
Calm, safe, smooth and controlled maneuvering in a group
Communication in the group
Drafting
Safety in the group-avoiding crossed wheels, close calls, and collisions
Dealing with variable speed as the group moves through towns and terrain
