About this event
Ladies, we are entering our 4th year of inspirational, fun and silly Women's Social Sunday Rides. A bit of background, Lorraine Trautwein restarted 4 women's rides in year 2019 and then came the pandemic. In July 2022 Lorraine, Margie and Helen revived the ride and named it Women's Social Sunday. Definitely social pace and there is a bonus post ride food gathering where we laugh and tell stories at a local bakery, restaurant and even a private home with a swimming pool! We've had 31 entertaining WSS rides since.
For this special 4th year commencement Lorraine, Venerable Mother Superior, will lead us on the original Inaugural route of year 2022, 32 miles, +1,960'. Fairfax start, Whites Hill, Samuel P. Taylor Park, Platform Bridge Road, Reservoir, Nicasio Valley Road, San Geronimo, down SFD back home. After the ride we'll gather at the Lodge in Fairfax, 1573 Sir Francis Drake, Fairfax 94930 (south side of the street); park the bikes in the back and grab a seat outdoors. Food Menu
