Come up to Petaluma with us for a day of frolicking on the backroads of Sonoma County.  Our cheerful Ride Leader, Susan Nawbary, will take us through downtown Petaluma and then onto Spring Hill Road, the major climb of the day, 2.8 miles/501 vertical feet ascent, 3.9% average gradient.  The 2nd climb is a relaxed 171 ft climb on Roblar Road.  We will travel on the lower traffic volume Sonoma backroads to Two Rock and Roblar; a brief rest stop at Cotati La Plaza Park (mi 23.7) and it's homeward bound via Penngrove then Petaluma Blvd.  We will peel off first to Ray's Delicatessen and Tavern before returning to Walnut Park.  Put your order in; enjoy a brewski while you wait for sandwich magic to happen.  Ray's menu. Menu

Bring 2 water bottles and snacks.  It will be a warm day out.  Social pace ride.  Regroups as necessary. 

Please make sure your bike is in good repair and bring spares (tubes, CO2 cartridges, tire levers, tubeless repair kit and a multi tool)
