Women's Social Sunday gets Toasted -- CANCELED



Women's Social Sunday on December 17, 2023 will start and end in front of Toast, Novato at Hamilton Marketplace, just north of the Safeway.  We will meet at 9:45 am and roll at 10 am for a leisurely, beautiful ride of 32 miles and 1500 feet of climbing.  

The route goes west on Ignacio Blvd, over Sunset Parkway,  through neighborhood streets, then stops at Miwok Park for a bio break. From there, it goes on Novato Blvd to the end, right on Pt Reyes Petaluma Road, then right on the lovely, back country road, San Antonio.  It returns on Redwood Blvd back and a finally to Hamilton.

There is only one category 4 climb, 1 mile and 5.3% average grade, on Pt Reyes Petaluma Road.  There are a couple of other rollers on Sunset Parkway and San Antonio Road.  You can do it!




Your reward, after the ride, is Toast Novato which serves, in their own words, "delicious American Comfort Cuisine."  Brunch is served until 3 pm.  We can choose between outdoor and indoor seating.  Drink offerings include locally sourced craft beers and a full service espresso bar.  The menu has anything from eggs benedict (pictured here) , burgers or avocado toast to wood fired brick pizza oven creations.
