Haunted Forest and Bewitched Ridges Gravel Ride 48/AB/4 (+4,705' difficult)

Join us for this Saturday's "Haunted Forest and Bewitched Ridges Gravel Ride!"  Expect to ride through haunted Samuel P. Taylor park, along spooky Bolinas Ridge, master evil Bill's Trail, and bewitched Barnabe Ridge. Dress appropriately and join the witches and ghosts (costumes highly encouraged!)   Our ride will cover about 48 miles, 4'700ft (45% of unpaved trails), including lots of single track. There will be some steep descents and we'll ride over roots (wet and dry), rocky patches etc.

Road bikes are not suitable for this route! Beginner riders may feel challenged on this ride, but there are shortcuts and road options to avoid some of the gravel. Prepare to hop off your bike if you feel uncomfortable and walk for short sections. Please always ride safely on these trails.

This is a no drop ride. We will join efforts to fend off any scary creatures of the forest and demons we may face on our way!

Please ensure your gravel bike or MTB is in good shape and don't forget your tire fixing kits. 2 water bottles and a snack for the way should be sufficient to take you to the market in Olema.
