4 Gentle rolling routes to choose from starting at Novato San Marin Station parking lot. Courses vary from a 22.5 miles loop to a challenging 66 miles/+3,600’ loop out to Tomales with lots of long stretches for riding with your favorite pace lining buddies. The 22 mile loop will be the same as the 34 mile version with a cut-off option at mile 13.9 from Pt. Reyes Petaluma Road; make a right to San Antonio Road and continue the course; it cuts off the Helen Putnam Park rest stop. The 54 mile route travels west and returns via Fallon Two Rock Road. The 66 mile route continues to Tomales and back via Highway 1 to Fallon Two Rock Road. **For those of you who are planning to take the Northbound train to San Marin please note that the first train arrives at 9:59 AM on Saturday/Sunday. You will miss the mass start time of 9 AM and you may prefer to start at 10 AM or after.

Atherton Park & Ride lot at 1573-1599 Armstrong Avenue, Novato, CA 94945 Map Only 1/2 mile away from the train station start--take Atherton Avenue west and then a right turn to Redwood Blvd. The San Marin station parking lot is small and is really for the Smart Train riders.
Notes:
This is an all club ride. There will be NO specific ride leaders or sweeps for this ride.
Please ride well within your cycling abilities. Please download the route to your bike head unit, phone or better yet, print the route out. Ride it at a pace that is comfortable for you. We have suggested regroups and stops. Please feel free to regroup with your own riding group, and stop for as long as you want or not at all. It may be a hot day out please do take advantage of the bathroom stops and be sure to top off your water at EVERY opportunity. Do take food, water and have a rest as you need to avoid bonking, dehydration or fatigue.

Please make sure your bike is in good maintenance prior to the ride. Please have with you a multi-tool, spare tubes, C02 cartridges and/or mini pump. This is particularly important as the ride organizers may be riding on a different course than you and may not be nearby to help with mechanicals or flats. Please bring plenty of onboard nourishment with you, energy bars, gels, jellies, trail mix, sandwich, etc.
