**Bathrooms, porta potties may be open at the east side of the parking lot near Larkspur Muir Woods Shuttle pick up or across the pedestrian bridge at Marin Country Mart

On November 9, the Marin Cyclists will ride in solidarity with the Bike East Bay, MCBC-Marin County Bicycle Coalition and Rich City organizations to celebrate the 6th anniversary of keeping open the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge pedestrian/bike way.  Ride With Us on this day to support advocacy for better access for cyclists and pedestrians!

Our ride meets at 8:30 am at the Larkspur Ferry parking and rolls out at 8:45am to meet up with Bike East Bay, MCBC and Rich City folks by 10:00a at the Richmond BART station 1700 Nevin Avenue, Richmond CA 94801 . There’ll be a whole bunch of cycling groups and community partners convening there. It’s a scene to attend and witness!  The East Bay groups will roll at 10:30AM to head west across the Richmond San Rafael Bridge and then return to Richmond BART. 

We will ride only the returning westbound section of our route with the groups.  Do try to stay with the Marin Cyclists ride leaders who will be wearing the Marin Cyclists Club kit.  Follow us back to the Larkspur Ferry Terminal start.  There are lots of turns on the route so try to stay together so you don't get lost.  Plenty of regroups and stops.

The ride is advertised as All Levels but the Ride Leaders will keep a Leisurely Pace (10-12 mph over the entire ride including ascents.) 23.1 miles/+566 vertical feet total climbs.
