Star Wars Loop (25/AB/3)
Meet at 8:15
Roll at 8:30
A climb up Whites Hill warms you up for the cruise to Samuel P Taylor State Park where we make a quick stop for restrooms and then continue either on the road or Cross Marin Trail to Platform Bridge Rd. We regroup briefly before continuing along the almost car free connector that takes us to Petaluma Point Reyes Rd, turning onto Nicasio Valley Rd and regrouping again the quaint town of Nicasio . Continuing we head down Lucas Valley Rd through the redwoods and up to Big Rock for the thrilling descent (be careful on those turns) . We regroup at the "Indians" driveway to take us back to Terra Linda and over to Frietas Parkway. Some take the long way back to Fairfax through San Rafael, but most brave the "Fawn Connnector" a short but steep shared path over the hill to Sleepy Hollow . Lunch after the ride at M&J's.
All are welcome.
